Mental Health America of Southeast Florida (MHASEFL) is proud to present the Inaugural South Florida Mental Wellness Summit & Expo, a premier event surrounding mental health and fostering a culture of wellness, resilience, and support throughout our communities.
This one-day summit titled, Resilience in Action- A Community Conversation on Mental Health, will bring together the general public, mental health professionals, first responders, educators, business leaders, and community advocates for a transformative experience centered on education, awareness, and action. Attendees will gain valuable insights into mental wellness, participate in interactive workshops, and connect with local resources to support their journey toward mental well-being.
